Review: 'The Tribe' uses only sign language to tell a hard and haunting story

'The Tribe' has been a major hit at every film festival it's played this year, and with good reason. It's a bold and striking story of love and violence, told entirely through sign language, and while it should be a hard sell for distributor Drafthouse Films, it's a worthwhile difficulty.
